Directions to wash Zafu Cover: It is not easy to wash the pillow with Kapok fill, versus Buckwheat Hull fill. Removing Kapok fill is harder (then Buckwheat) since Kapok is so light and fine that the fiber floats in the air and can make a mess. So it's best to refill outside or in a space that is easy to clean.
