Zabuton Meditation Mats are traditionally used under a zafu meditation cushion or bench to pad your knees, feet and ankles. They can also be used by themselves.

These Zabuton meditation cushions are made by Hugger Mugger and are filled with a generous two inches of cotton batting secured by its tufted muslin cover. The cotton outer cover is removable for laundering.

Zabutons can also be used as a versatile yoga prop. Laid flat, it's a perfect shoulder stand pad. When folded, it can be used as a bolster. The Zabuton comes with a sturdy harness that holds it in a bolster shape, and provides a handle and shoulder strap for carrying.
