Our Meditation Zabuton Mat cushions your ankles and legs during meditation and is the base for a Meditation Zafu cushion or meditation bench. When used together with a Zafu or Bench, the Zabuton makes sitting meditation easier on the knees, ankles and back and is more comfortable for hard or cold surfaces.
