This bend bar is designed to help strengthen and rehab hands, wrists and forearms.  Bend, rotate, and otherwise manipulate or deform the Wrist & Arm Recovery bar to help build and regain power and flexibility.  Improves grip and increases flexibility.  Regular use of the bend bar can also assist in preventing stiffness and alleviating hand, wrist and arm soreness & discomfort.  Pliable for a wide range of exercises

Made of natural rubber.  Three progressive resistance levels. 

• Level 1 (Red) :  5-10 lbs*
• Level 2 (Green) : 10-15 lbs*
• Level 3 (Blue) : 15-20 lbs*
