Spiky Balls are used for sensory therapy, manual massage and reflexology. These firm balls have spiky sensory points to encourage stimulation.  Their small size are perfect for use on hands or feet, but can be used to release tension anywhere in the body - neck, shoulders, low back, hips, etc.

Available in 6cm or 8cm.  The smaller balls offer deeper massage.  The 6cm balls are a very pale blue, almost translucent (picture makes them look more opaque).
