This traditional round meditation cushion is made by Hugger Mugger and is filled with Buckwheat Hulls. Buckwheat Hull fill makes for a very comfortable cushion as they mold to your body, yet offer support. The cotton cover is pleated and offers a zipper allowing you to remove or add to your fill to customize for your own personal comfort.

These round zafus are 5" high by 15" in diameter. Zafus are frequently used in sitting meditation and will support you in either cross-legged or kneeling positions. Zafus are designed to allow for proper spine alignment and body height for comfort and deeper meditation.

Can be used by anyone who sits on the floor frequently and is looking for a comfortable seating cushion to help with posture.

Directions to wash Zafu Cover: Simply dump Buckwheat Hull fill into a container prior to washing, and pour fill back into cover after washing. Recommended to spot clean only.
