Round bolsters allow for more opening of the chest and stretch of the back due to their shape and their height. These cylindrical bolsters are made with several layers of cotton batting wrapped around a firm foam core, creating firm support and comfort.

A zipper on the cover allows the cover to be removed for washing. A convenient built-in handle at one end allows for easy carrying and maneuvering into position.

Yoga Bolsters are commonly used in Iyengar, Anusara and Restorative Yoga practices.
