Balance Boards, or Wobble Boards, are a fun way to improve balance and coordination at the same time increasing strength and reaction time. Great for athletes who depend on agility. Also beneficial for therapy and re-training of the proprioceptors (sensors within our body that warn of us of misalignment, such as when we turn our ankles). Advanced users can incorporate a balancing board into their strength and fitness training.
