Progression Roller  :  A Foam Roller with Contoured Surfaces for Variable Pressure

Progressively contoured surfaces provide variable pressure.  This Progressive Roller has three areas of varying surface sizes.  Level 1 is wide and smooth, Level 2 is three medium grooves, and Level 3 consists of six narrow ridges increasing the intensity of the massage.  The hollow PVC pipe core provides stability and support and will not deform over time. 

Using a roller for massage performs deep tissue self-massage, addresses muscle and joint pain, and increases blood flow to soft muscle tissue.  Stretch muscles and tendons through self-massage.  Also use to develop core strength and stability as well as body balance and alignment.
