Break-resistant multi-layered latex tube with adjustable soft ankle cuffs provides a portable, versatile and cost-effective resistance training.  Allows for full range of motion with resistance.  Increases muscle stamina and strength and builds lean muscle.  Suitable for both rehabilitation and strength training.

Ankle cuffs are padded for increased stability and comfort.  Adjustable velcro straps.  The Resistance Tube can be stretched up to (but not beyond) three times it's normal length.

Always use with the resistance tube wrapping around the outside of the leg.
