We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
SHIPPING
We typically ship all orders within 48 hours. Some items are handmade to order and may take a few extra days. If you order an item that requires extra time, we'll let you know right away. We ship to U.S. addresses only. Unless specified otherwise, all orders will ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX ground delivery. When ordering multiple items, please note some items may arrive in separate packaging. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking information, if available. If your order needs faster shipping such as Next Day Air, please call customer service.
Shipping Charges (Ground only): All orders over $50 will automatically receive FREE SHIPPING during checkout, applies to ground delivery only within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. This offer expires midnight 03/21/2010. We try to keep it simple and low. We want you to easily see what the shipping cost is prior to your purchase, it's how we like to shop too. To see the shipping charge just type in the destination zip code in the "Shipping Calculator" box on the Shopping Cart page. You do not need to check out or provide any other information to see shipping charges. Every time you add an item to the cart, it will automatically update. Shipping is based on weight, size and destination and starts as low as $1.95 per order.
We do not charge sales tax unless the order is shipped to Florida, at which time sales tax will automatically be added to the order.
RETURNS
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal; our business is about bringing balance and peace to your life. Of course, there still needs to be a procedure if you need to send something back to us.
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused in its original packaging. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged or we shipped you the wrong item.
Every return must have a "Return Authorization" number (RA#) before a return can be processed. Otherwise, the returned item will not be accepted. To obtain an RA# please e-mail us at
returns@rollingsandsharmony.com or call us at 800-899-6851.
Please do not ship the return to our corporate address as this is not our warehouse and will not be accepted. At the time you receive the RA# from us, it will state the address to ship the return.
