Yoga Blocks are a versatile yoga prop and are a great tool for any yoga level.
Yoga blocks provide support and stability when limited flexibility doesn't allow you to extend to the floor, they assist you with balance and help strengthen your muscles. Yoga Blocks are one of our favorite props because it is a great tool for both beginners and advanced users, and even people who do not practice yoga but need assistance with deepening their pre or post workouts!
We offer lightweight foam yoga blocks, sturdy eco-friendly cork yoga blocks, or eco-friendly balsa wood yoga blocks. The yoga blocks we offer also differ in weight and sizes, as well as their materials.
We offer 3” and 4” yoga blocks. Generally speaking the 4” yoga block would feel more stable when on its tall side (such as when using in Half Moon), but the 3” yoga block would allow you to get a little deeper into a pose since it'll bring you closer to the floor. Which size yoga block you buy depends on your practice. If you are in the Denver Metro area, we would encourage you to come by and try out our blocks before you buy!
Please note that some poses require two blocks, while at other times it is just easier to use two blocks so you don't have to shift the block from side to side. That is why we'd recommend two blocks of similar size and material when purchasing.
