Yoga Blankets


Yoga Blankets prove to be a wonderful, versatile prop for your practice.  Lie them flat on the floor for insulation, or cover yourself for warmth.  Roll or fold them and use them for support in a variety of poses.  For example, roll a blanket and place under your spine to open your chest in a supported Savasana, or drape a blanket over your feet in Viparita Kirani for warmth and weight.  So many uses, and not just for restorative or pre-natal yoga, but to assist you in more challenging poses such as Pigeon and more.

Don't do Yoga?  Use a blanket to cushion yourself during meditation, or anytime you sit on the floor.  These blankets are also a wonderful way to dress up home decor, use as a warm blanket, use for a picnic or at the beach, or any other way you would use a blanket.
