A beautifully finished birch plywood Meditation Bench by Hugger Mugger.  Designed with a slanted top for comfort and flat feet for stability.  The backside of the bench measures approximately 7" high, and slants down to the front at 5 3/4" high, allowing you to sit tall with a straight spine with ease.  Easy to store or carry with you to your meditation sessions.  The legs fold down and it includes a drawstring carrying bag. 

This bench includes a one-inch foam cushion that is covered with durable cotton fabric that can be removed for washing.  The cushion is attached to the bench with velcro and a pre-cut non-skid yoga mat helps to keep the cushion in place as well.
