Agung Rudraksha and Amethyst Mala

Agung is another Balinese name of the K'satria caste, meaning "great" or "prominent one".  Our Agung mala represents this name with a raw cut amethyst pendant strung along with blue lapis beads, amethyst beads and quartz crystals. Purple is the color of royalty and the color of the archangel of forgiveness.

Each bead has been picked, blessed, and chosen for its "energy" level.  The smaller the rudraksha, the more rare and the more potent its energy is. It is traditionally believed that they can destroy negative thought and grant the wearer peace of mind, clarity, and purpose.  

Rudraksha are considered sacred and need to be treated with respect and care. Wash them occasionally to remove dirt and dust. Oil them with coconut or sandalwood oil to preserve them. They will naturally turn darker with your own body oil, this is the desired effect as they will grow stronger. Keep in a place of sanctity. Remove when you sleep.
